1. Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day before the event.
- Events booked less than 7 days in advance may require full payment upfront.
2. Payment Methods
- We accept payment via [Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, etc.—customize based on what you use].
- Invoices must be paid according to the due date to avoid cancellation.
3. Alcohol Policy
- The Kay Bar does not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages for the event.
- We can provide a suggested alcohol shopping list upon request.
- All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID may be requested.
- The Kay Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
4. Service Inclusions
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, each package includes:
- Bartender(s) (TABC Certified)
- Bar tools and supplies
- Disposable drinkware, napkins, straws, garnishes
- Mixers, soda, water, ice
- Customized menu and bar décor
- Setup, breakdown, and cleanup of bar area
5. Additional Time & Fees
- Additional hours can be added for $100/hour, if available.
- Travel beyond [set service radius—e.g., 30 miles] may incur an extra mileage or travel fee.
- Overtime must be approved and paid before services continue.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide a designated space for the bar setup (preferably shaded or covered for outdoor events).
- If required, client must obtain event permits or venue approvals.
- Client agrees to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Events canceled less than 72 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total balance.
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
8. Liability
- The Kay Bar is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption at your event.
- We carry [your insurance type, if applicable—e.g., general liability insurance], but the client assumes full responsibility for the behavior of guests.
9. Photos & Marketing
- We may take photos of the bar setup for promotional use on social media or our website.
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
10. Agreement
By booking with The Kay Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
